Each Earl Grey cake includes:

• Moist, fragrant earl grey lemon cake, made from hand-crushed earl grey tea leaves, vibrant lemon zest and a kiss of organic bergamot oil

• Luxuriously rich, bergamot-infused Valrhona white chocolate ganache

• Organic lavender Swiss meringue buttercream coating and simple buttercream decorations.

• Additional designs and decorations may be included for a fee.

Serving Notes

Best eaten fresh on the same day, at room temperature. If it’s a hot summer’s day, keep refrigerated for optimal freshness.

Remove from fridge an hour or so before serving.

Store any leftovers tightly wrapped in cling film in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy!

Suggested drink pairings :

Non-alcoholic : Earl grey, lady grey, lemongrass and ginger tea, chamomile tea. Ice tea and fruity tisanes also work well

Alcoholic : Pairs nicely with gin-based, grapefruit, passionfruit, honey, sparkling wine, or bourbon-based cocktails. Cin cin!
