Each Pandan Coconut cake includes:
Moist, aromatic pandan coconut cake layers. Made with freshly juiced pandan leaves
Roasted coconut Swiss meringue buttercream filling
Vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream coating and simple piped buttercream decorations on top
Additional decorations may be included for a fee

Serving Notes
Best eaten same day
Keep refrigerated if not consuming within 24 hours. Bring back to room temperature before devouring!
Any leftovers can be wrapped in cling film and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days (but personally, the cake is at its best fresh)
Suggested Drink Pairings:
Non-Alcoholic : Enjoy with a tall glass of hot or iced teh tarik (Malaysian milk tea). Alternatively, black tea, coffee, fruit smoothies (particularly those with tropical fruits like mango and pineapple) will also pair nicely
Alcoholic : moscato d’asti, passito, and coconut liqueur or white rum based cocktails (e.g. old Cuban, piña colada)
